KPMG has one of the fastest expanding Advisory Services businesses and is continuing to invest in growth.  Solutions built with technology providers play an important role in this story and we are looking for experienced, senior service sales focused professionals to join our team.

KPMG Powered Enterprise takes the best of KPMG’s experience and knowledge around key corporate functions including HR and combines this with technology from leading providers such as Workday and Oracle. We are able to deliver increased value to our clients through this compelling combination. Now that we have proven out this model and secured a number of significant client wins we are looking for sales professionals to accelerate our growth.

Role and Responsibilities

The HR Transformation Service Sales Manager is responsible for defining, initiating, implementing and managing a broad range of revenue generating initiatives focused around Human Resource Transformation.

Working across KPMG’s sectors and service lines, the Sales Manager works with the business to understand where there is client demand for defined offerings. Then, in partnership with the business and the Internal Risk function, the Sales Manager will drive activities to secure sales for KPMG.

Identify net new opportunities for the relevant solution, within the target industries and clients that are a focus for KPMG. Maintain a broad knowledge of KPMG service offerings and look for ways to leverage services across multiple clients. Work with marketing to develop appropriate mail, email, and in person campaigns as appropriate. Provide guidance to client teams and help them identify and qualify new and/or expanded engagement opportunities.

Work alongside the KPMG Alliance function to promote KPMG as a leading technology providers in the segments of our alliance ecosystem that we serve. Develop and foster strong relationships with relevant alliance partners at the executive and field levels that lead to the identification of new opportunities. Develop functional and technical knowledge on the appropriate technology based solutions. Actively participate in alliance partner events. Assist in the development of marketing assets and thought leadership related to our alliance based capabilities.

Develop strong teaming with lead and service line partners, and understand the key stakeholders for service offerings. Engage and work collaboratively with clients, alliance partners, and KPMG teams. Create understanding of competitive position on the accounts. Effectively participate in alliance partner meetings, training and pipeline calls.

Provide knowledge and understanding of client’s industry issues. Ability to link industry issues with KPMG service offerings. Produce innovative solutions and thought leadership aligned with industry issues. Participate in industry meetings and events.

Contribute to proposal and collateral development, drive the sales strategy and create appropriate win themes for each proposal. Integrate Miller Heimann sales methodology into pursuit efforts. Maintain knowledge of the client’s procurement process and key procurement relationships. Accurately monitor and update all opportunities and bookings through SAP system weekly.

Qualifications & Skills 

• A proven successful sales track record within the HR space

Experience and Background

• Experience of transformation services at a senior level 
• Knowledge of Workday technology and Oracle technology 
• Experience of working with or for a ‘big 4’ consulting organisation is desirable
