A leading global insurance firm is looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join them on a 7-month FTC in their Bristol office. This is an urgent requirement and the client is looking to interview as soon as possible. The salary is £55,000 and the office is based in Central Bristol.
The insurance firm has recently acquired a new pension business and this role would look after that population circa 600 employees. The role will be a BAU HR Generalist position but will also entail TUPE, restructure and transferring employee files. Another aspect of the role will be to assist a separate division with their transformation project and will require involvement with organisational development and design.
To partner with the business functions to support the companies People Proposition
To deliver functional specific change programmes
To support the business in a variety of "Business As Usual" HR activities, including Employee Relations issues, Recruitment and Selection and HR admin support
Provide advice to line managers on all HR Policies, Procedures and Processes.
To support the wider national HRBP team as and when appropriate on wider business initiatives
Participate in key HR projects and initiatives and take assigned responsibility for specific deliverables.
Promote and support HR Best Practice across the business.
Ensure that the business understands and complies with relevant current and pending employment legislation and Company policies and procedures.
To support the HRBP deliver the requisite HR Admin and governance tasks and reporting
The role requires extensive experience operating as a HR Generalist and substantial exposure as a HRBP. It is essential that you come from a financial services background. If the role is of interest to you, please do apply.
