Talent Sourcer

An investment management organisation based in Central London is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join their Recruitment Team.

More specifically, as a Talent Sourcer, responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Attend briefing meetings with managers and teams to ensure a full understanding of the candidate required for each role

  • Utilise a variety of tools to assist with sourcing candidates e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, social media etc.

  • Writing and posting job adverts on career websites and then managing those job boards

  • Searching CV databases and reviewing CVs against requirements to create a shortlist

  • Attending industry events and meeting potential candidates to build a talent pool

  • Phone screen/skype/video interview candidates to ensure the cultural fit through competency based interviews and administering psychometric testing where required

  • Arranging interviews for the recruiters

  • Any other adhoc project work e.g. agency events, system work etc.

  • Ensuring the Applicant Tracking System is up to date

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven candidate sourcing experience within an agency or in-house sourcing recruitment

  • Have experience using digital and social media sourcing tools and techniques

  • Strong administration skills including MS Outlook and Excel experience

  • Ability to understand role requirements and match CVs and candidates accordingly

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Be an enthusiastic individual prepared to take a hands-on approach to managing their workload, using their own initiative
