We are excited to be working with a global pop culture manufacturer and retailer, who are looking for an HRIS specialist to be a part of the growing HR team, and who will be the specialist in delivering on a major transformational initiative, which will ultimately increase HR capability and platforms in the UK and EMEA.

We are looking to implement a Global HR system(WORKDAY) and require an HRIS project manager to oversee the entire HRIS rollout, and everything else that goes with it. You will be working with the wider company to ensure the HR system is fully digitalised, which will involve working closely with senior stake-holders, so strong communication skills are essential. This role will be varied, exciting and challenging – you never know, you might even find yourself pulling out your negotiating skills with external clients from time to time.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Project Manager, ideally with experience managing an HRIS function. You must be analytically minded – preferably with past experience working in a FMCG company.  You will have current and previous HR and Payroll Systems implementation experience (preferably workday, although this is not essential) along with a sound knowledge of HR processes and working practices.
