SAP HR Lead - 12 month FTC

Working with the HR Technology team, you’ll take the lead in the development and maintenance of our global SAP HR system.

A week in the life of

With members of our HR team working on new projects, we need a skilled SAP HR Lead to run our HR systems. You’ll be in charge of Organisational Management for the global business and responsible for managing all system configuration, in conjunction with colleagues in IT. If changes need to be made, you’ll make sure they’re done correctly. You’ll be accountable for managing all major system changes, including mass updates, such as our annual pay review and any organisational changes, coordinating system patches and updates, and creating test scenarios to ensure any changes work the way they should.

As our resident SAP HR expert, the team will be looking to you for advice. You’ll create training materials, work with other departments to introduce changes and liaise with IT about upgrades. There’ll also be the chance to project manage system enhancements and develop specifications for change controls. It’s all about making sure that SAP HR is performing brilliantly for the business and its employees.   

A bit about you

You’ve got expert knowledge of SAP HR covering Organisational Management. You also know about Data Protection, employment legislation and business processes. It’s impressive expertise – but there’s more to you than that. You also have advanced level Excel skills including VBA and macro writing. Able to create reports and analyse large-scale data as well, you’ll be technically proficient – and great with stakeholders too.
