HR Business Partner

My client has an urgent requirement for an HR Business Partner to join a very busy team on a 12 month basis.

Operating at this level you will work in partnership with senior business leaders, delivering the associated business plan. This is a full generalist role covering both operational and strategic aspects of HR including:

  • Reward and pay round processes
  • Performance Development
  • Resourcing
  • Talent Development
  • Employee Relations
  • HR Change Management

Candidate Requirements;

  • Sound working experience in a similar capacity within a large corporate organisation
  • Experience gained from dealing with complex issues
  • Ability to influence at all levels of management
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
