This is a new role for a Head of People & Operations (reporting to the CEO). It is an exciting time to join the leadership team at a pivotal time in this organisation’s growth and development.
• The skill set required is unique as the remit is hybrid – both shaping the People agenda (Organisational Change/ Talent/ Culture), as well as setting up an HR Shared Services model that can support fast growth.
• The HR experience will be a given, but alongside this, the person has to know what “good looks like” from an Operations perspective (manage a small IT resource as well as data and systems).
• The individual will need to be IT systems savvy as well as being highly capable in terms of managing processes.
