Chief People Officer (ideally with French language skills)
A boutique start up consultancy in the sustainable energy market - they operate in the Middle East, Europe and the USa - is recruiting a Chief People Officer, ideally with French language skills and a strategic consulting / management consulting background.
This is a start-up consulting firm that supports their clients throughout all stages of their projects - from conceptualisation to structuring to implementation. Their customers predominantly operate in the renewable energy market and ultimately this consultancy works to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to help meet the demands of tomorrow's world.
The COO is recruiting a Chief Talent Officer on a permanent basis, to be based in London with some travel to Europe and the Middle East. As the HRD / Chief Talent Officer you will work closely with the C-suite, creating and delivering a global HR strategy that compliments their core values: integrity and excellence. You will lead, design and implement L&D programs, deliver training workshops that focus on interpersonal skills and work alongside the CEO and COO to ensure employee career development goals are clearly defined and met. You will focus on driving employee satisfaction, drive engagement and also lead on remuneration matters. Furthermore, you will manage strategic hiring - you will strive to bring the top talent into the business as required, developing long term partnerships with executive search firms.
This start-up, professional consultancy is recruiting a qualified Human Resources Director with experience of working internationally in a recognised consultancy firm. In addition to this the COO is looking for a proven HRD - this is a role for an established HR professional with proven experience of working at Director Level. French language skills will be well received.
The role is based in London and paying between £1100,000 and £150,000 per annum - benefits are limited at this stage.
