Voted as our delegate's favourite speaker from this year's #changeboardFT, comedian and writer Deborah Frances-White was equally provocative and hilarious in her speech 'The real reason we need to start including ourselves'.
Drawing on our experiences as children and our innate need to feel included, Deborah called on delegates to think about diversity through the gaze of minority groups that may have been excluded in the workplace.
