Brett Wigdortz is the founder and ex-CEO of Teach First, one of Britain’s biggest graduate recruiters.
Over his fifteen years leading the charity (Brett left as CEO in 2017 but remains honorary president), he helped place more than 10,000 graduates in underachieving schools, revolutionising the teacher training model and building a cohort of alumni that now includes MPs, headteachers and business leaders.
