Lord Chris Holmes is Great Britain's most successful Paralympic swimmer, winning nine gold medals throughout this career. Lord Holmes was the Director of Paralympic Integration, responsible for the organisation of the 2012 Paralympic Games in London and was appointed Baron Holmes of Richmond in 2013. In Parliament Chris is a member of the Select Committee on Artificial Intelligence and has been a member of Committees on Digital Skills, Social Mobility and Financial Exclusion.

In this podcast, Chris recounts his journey from the day he lost his sight to being involved in the London 2012 bid, his work in the House of Lords and how we can harness technology to drive greater inclusion in the workplace, and society at large.
