Sir Anthony Seldon is a leading contemporary historian, commentator and political author, who is well-known for his insider biographies on political luminaries such as Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and John Major. An author and editor of more than 40 books, Sir Anthony is also Master of Wellington College, Britain’s top co-educational independent boarding school.

In this speech from 2014's Future Talent Conference Sir Anthony explores how education is narrowing our perspective on our careers and lives, contends that deeper self-reflection can assist in helping us live our values and that we can find greater happiness by challenging ourselves to be more courageous in pursuing these values.
