Held at Willis Towers Watson's offices overlooking the city of London, the Changeboard editorial team collected the award from Nicolas Aubert, head of Willis Towers Watson for Great Britain (pictured above). We were thrilled to discover that Changeboard scooped a whopping 47% of the vote, which head judge Hazel Rees described as "a Theresa May style landslide victory."
We are all incredibly proud that we have been recognised for the quality of our print magazine and online content, particularly as the award was decided by the readers themselves. It’s a real tribute to the hard work, dedication and enthusiasm of our editorial team – and the wider Changeboard team – along with a stellar voting campaign!
Huge thanks to everyone who voted and made this possible for us. Having launched our print magazine just six years ago, it is fantastic to be recognised as the best publication in the industry this year. We are extremely excited about the future and as ever, will continue to bring you inspirational content around our core themes of career, talent and leadership.
The annual Willis Towers Watson HR Media Awards, now in its eleventh year, attracted some 125 entries from journalists working across national and HR trade titles. Other winners included Professional Pensions magazine and Employee Benefits magazine – both securing publication of the year in their respective categories.
Congratulations to all winners!
Relive the voting campaign!
As part of the voting campaign, we put together this remarkable video to explain why we thought we deserved to win.
