1. This year's speaker line-up

Business leaders, a philosopher, an MP, a neuroscientist, a theatre director, professors, a radio presenter, sports champions and life coaches – we really do have something for everyone.

The topic of the day will be 'trust and personal development’, and we'll be discussing it from all different angles.

Discover the full agenda here.

2. Networking opportunities

See yourself in a room with 750 peers? With an array of masterclasses and break-out sessions between keynotes; a breakfast, lunch, and drinks reception (plus our sponsors' stands to explore) – it's the perfect opportunity to catch up with old friends, and make new ones!

Here's why you should attend.

3. Venue: The RGS, London

Where Darwin gave his lecture on the 'Origin of the Species'. We’ll also be considering the development of the species, but from a personal and professional growth perspective.

We feel this venue offers the ideal space for you to relax and enjoy a day packed with thought-leadership and inspiration.

Find out more about The RGS.

4. Future Talent 2016 highlights

We welcomed a thousand of you through our Future Talent doors last year.

Catch up on the highlights including our 2016 speakers taking to the stage, our loyal delegates (if you attended, you might spot yourself) and testimonials from the day.

5. Speaker spotlight: Lord Chris Holmes

Voted favourite speaker (along with his trusty guide dog, Lottie) Lord Holmes delighted the audience with his keynote on 'building real inclusion for all' – and this year, he'll be joined by Olympic rower Dame Katherine Grainger and Rugby World Cup winning coach, Sir Clive Woodward on stage.
