Changeboard co-founder and executive chair Porteur Keene closed the day’s proceedings, thanking speakers, sponsors and supporters – plus delegates for giving up their valuable time to attend, and for the positive feedback he received throughout the day.
“The overriding themes appear to be that we are doing something at Changeboard by consistently assembling progressive HR leaders and orchestrating a day through which you have access to inspiring business leaders, sports men and women, politicians and thought leaders; the goal being that you return to your organisations with food for thought, which augments your already progressive agendas,” he said.
He concluded by highlighting Changeboard’s Future Talent Forum events, designed to support leaders with self-development and their future talent challenges, and announcing the date of next year’s Future Talent Conference, taking place on 22 March, themed around ‘The Fourth Industrial Revolution’.
