In our survey results, we discovered a whopping 89.2% of HR professionals would like to improve the way HR is viewed in their organisation, and 76.9% would like to improve the quality of HR service delivery they provide. Some 34.3% of respondents said they'd change their HR system or move to a shared model if it would improve employee engagement and experience.

Changeboard, in partnership with PeopleDoc, conducted a survey of HR leaders to find out how HR is currently perceived, the quality of existing service delivery, and how shared services could unlock HR’s potential to align workforce strategy with overall business needs.

A whopping 89.2% of HR professionals would like to improve the way HR is viewed in their business and more than three quarters (76.9%) would like to improve the quality of HR service delivery they provide. More than a third (34.3%) of respondents said they would change their HR system or move to a shared model if it would improve employee engagement and experience.
