On 29 April, Changeboard welcomed 500 HR directors, heads of talent and resourcing to the second Future Talent Conference. Turning our attention to the impact of technology and globalisation on the new era of work, we once again hosted a range of inspirational speakers at London’s beautiful Royal Opera House.

Jim Carrick-Birtwell opens the conference

Changeboard’s CEO, Jim Carrick-Birtwell, opened the conference by sharing what he believed would be some of the most in-demand jobs in the next decade.

“There are huge numbers of careers on the near horizon that haven’t even been invented yet,” he declared. “As a global HR community, we all have a part to play in shaping workforces and workplaces so that they are fit and competitive for the world that we’re sailing towards. Today’s conference is about sharing insights and knowledge to equip us all for this future.”
