Recruitment
Our pan-European Interim Management and Executive Recruitment business was launched in October 2004. All our Interim Managers work on a daily rate basis only - fees range from £350 to £1500; we also recruit executives for management roles of £50,000 per annum and above.

Ian Williams
With over twenty years experience in FTSE 250 HR, Ian practices in Human Resources Strategy, Selection & Assessment, Management Development and Organisational Design. Professional accreditations include; Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, PAPI for psychometric usage (including ability and personality tests), Profilor and LIFO 360 degree feedback instruments, SHL OPQ ability tests and job analysis techniques, Potentia interviewing methods (for management potential assessment) and LAB profiling methods (NLP based technique for selection/assessment).
