People Matter is a new and growing recruitment company operating as a pure specialist in finding Human Resources talent. To reflect this approach, the consultants within People Matter have significant HR recruitment experience, and work with clients on a retained and contingent basis. This level of technical and commitment by both parties provides the business climate that is most likely to succeed.

Geographically, we provide HR and recruitment services throughout the UK with a greater emphasis on appointments in the London and Home Counties area.

We handle all level of HR from £30,000 to £130,000 and across the whole spectrum, including: Generalists, Change Management, OD, Comp & Bens, Training & Development, In-house Recruitment, HR Systems and Diversity.

People Matter was formed in 2004, is independently owned by its Directors who actively participate and deliver client assignments, and will offer a personal and professional service which is lacking in so many recruitment companies today.
