About Us
We are a career coaching business specialising in HR professionals.
We look at career development through bespoke programs for individuals or groups, focusing on recognising strengths, understanding career progression, enhancing CV's and fine tuning interview skills. Underpinning all this is a building of confidence and a recognition of what it takes to be competitive in this challenging market.
CSR
I am delighted to devote a proportion of my time each month to a Response 2 Redundancy programme funded by the Learning Skills Council and the European Social Fund. By doing this I am offering my expertise to people of all walks of life who have been referred through their Job Centre Plus and require skills in finding new employment.
I also keenly work with local colleges and The University of Hertfordshire to add some value to their HR courses.
Our preferred charity is Help for Heroes, an organisation formed to help those who have been wounded in Britain's current conflicts.
Our Beliefs
Life is too short to be selfish; so knowledge, expertise, opinions and time should be shared.
People should be treated and respected as individuals.
Courage and confidence are the founations of most successful things.
There is room for nice guys in business.
Partnership, honesty, integrity.
Take time to think, but act on your instincts.
