Charity of Choice

Charity of choice: Township Trades is a start up social enterprise based in Khayelitsha township in South Africa. Our aim is to answer the urgent needs of young adults who have lost their parents to HIV. At Township Trades we believe there is a choice; we can abondon Africa's orphans to a life dependent on charity and government aid or we can provide them with the business skills to become independent through trade. Jackie Cullen

Jackie’s experience in recruitment ranges from junior to senior executive level, with her most recent years focussed on the HR specialism within Financial Services. She has extensive Account Management experience particularly with large volume assignments for large Blue Chip organisations. She has consulted for 7 years and is currently studying toward her CIPD qualification, adding to her understanding of the value of Human Resources recruitment. Luke Snowdon

Luke joined Resource Innovations after having worked in several recruitment specialisms before working in HR recruitment at his previous company.  With a background in legal and IT recruitment he cut his teeth in the sharp end of the market before realising that HR recruitment enabled him to use his  emotional intelligence.  He also has a wicked sense of humour and bags of enthusiasm. Luke has forged a highly successful career by delivering what he promises as well as managing  his client and candidate expectations. 

Debbie Smith

Debbie has over 20 years experience in recruiting mid to senior executive level professionals into the Financial Services, Telecommunications and Professional Services markets in London. Specialising for the last 5 years in sourcing HR talent, she retains an impressive network built through her proactive, personal, honest and straightforward approach to business relationships and high service levels.

Pavlo Coufal

Pavlo has over nine years experience within the recruitment industry originally in South Africa.  For the last 4 years he has been in London recruiting mid to senior level executive HR Professionals into the Public, Not for Profit, Technology, Telecoms, Defence and Aerospace arenas, with focus on the UK and International market place.

His main qualities include his friendly, outgoing personality, enthusiastic and hard working, results driven and excellent at building relationships with clients and candidates.
