Our values
Everyone in Changeboard has contributed to the creation of the principles, aspirations and goals that shape our business. These are what we call our values. They are the benchmarks against which we measure ourselves, and all that we do -

Fairness
We will always stand up for ourselves and our company, and always insist on what is fair from our point of view. By the same token, we try to ensure that it is also fair from the point of view of the other person. We know that this builds a more lasting and sustainable relationship.
We aim to treat one another, our users and clients, our business partners and support services with care and responsibility at all times.
We aim to honour the spirit as well as the letter of agreements.
Balance
We believe in striving to achieve a healthy balance between what you do for ourselves and what we do for others.
We realise that no matter how innovative we are, key elements of a visionary company are good old-fashioned hard work, dedication to improvement, and continually building for the future.
We recognise that supporting a healthy work/life balance is central to our happiness. And we know from experience that if everyone is empowered with sufficient flexibility and trust then they can find a balance that enhances their business performance.
Wherever possible we strive to achieve a healthy balance of emotion and spirit. In Kipling’s words:

Teamwork
We stress teamwork in everything we do. While individual creativity is always encouraged, we have found that team effort often produces the best results.
Our remuneration structure is designed to reinforce collective and team results so that individuals can be rewarded on their overall contribution to the success of their colleagues and the business.
The strength of our business depends on the daily contacts that every one of us has with people outside our business – we are truly inter-dependent.

Part of the reason for our success is that our users know that they can trust us to do the right thing. We know that we must earn and keep their trust in order to thrive.
We are always looking for new and innovative ways to deliver our services and execute our work. This requires the courage to constantly assess our methods, and the curiosity to explore new options.
Regular feedback and open channels for communication are central to our ability to measure ourselves and achieve excellence.
Wellbeing of our people
We believe that although our people seek financial reward for success, this is not enough on its own to satisfy.
We build our business around the power of people sharing their honest opinions in a respectful way, and around recognising the diverse talents of our people.
We look for, amongst other things, fully rounded, grounded and grown up individuals to come and work with us. Our responsibility is to ensure that we support and enhance these features.
