About Us
Alexander Lloyd Human Resources Recruitment Solutions Division recruit outstanding Permanent and Interim HR Professionals across all key market sectors within Surrey, Sussex Kent and South London.
We source Strategists, Generalists, Change Managers and specialise in Employee Relations, Learning and Development and Compensation and Benefits. Our recruitment methodology is based on an understanding of our clients' needs and encompasses Advertised Selection, Executive Search and Database Search.
Salary levels for our candidates range from £30,000 to £150,000 pa plus benefits.
A growing need for Career Interims in the HR markets led us to make a distinction between interim and permanent recruitment. It is important to choose the right approach as one can often be more relevant than the other to a company's needs and a candidate's lifestyle. We believe in providing the same level of dedicated expertise for both.
All of Alexander Lloyd's roles are available to search on the go, anytime, anywhere with the brand new app for Apple and Android devices.
