Bullet is well placed to address all of your HR resourcing needs on both a permanent and interim basis. Along with our unrivalled reputation in customer service within the HR recruitment market, due to our make up of experienced recruiters and HR professionals, we're also able to tap into our network of passive jobseekers who are always looking to hear about suitable roles.We also provide a stop-gap service, where we place interim HR candidates at extremely short notice while you're looking to recruit on a permanent basis.

At Bullet, we make an unusual effort to identify and recruit the very best person for every HR job that we handle. In our line of business, we know that without providing the best people, we cannot be the best HR recruitment company.

Recruitment businesses can only find jobs for a relatively small number of the individuals that they work with. Bullet is no different. We will, however, be honest with you if we're not actively handling positions that are suitable.

We're really quite nosy when it comes to our markets, so we know a lot of people. That also means that if we hear about a company recruiting for a role in the HR field that would be perfect for you, even if we're not dealing with it, we'll bring it to your attention.

In fact, wherever possible we try to add value to your HR career by sharing the market knowledge that we've gained. We know that good deeds are the basis of many of our best and longest relationships.

HR Recruitment

Our success has been based upon identifying highly commercial and results focused HR professionals who can demonstrate a true ability to partner with their respective businesses. We recruit at all levels on both a permanent and interim basis, and for the following specialisations:­

Bullet prides itself on a best practice approach to recruitment and candidate screening and is aware that at all times our candidates may one day be clients and vice versa. Our reputation - based upon our approach - is where most of our business is generated.

Change Management Recruitment

We have extensive experience recruiting a variety of Change Management specialists for both management consultancies and in-house functions. These range from the 'softer' end of the change spectrum and would include knowledge in the following areas:

We have collaborated with a wide variety of clients over the years including many of the major consulting brands; however we also pride ourselves on building long term relationships with niche boutique consulting firms, who offer a different cultural environment for their employees and more focused offerings.

In addition, we have been extremely active in the internal consulting space, building teams of specialists who drive change from within an organisation. In this space we have partnered with organisations such as major Banking institutions, Retailers, Telecoms brands and Public Sector bodies.

Business Transformation Recruitment

Business Transformation is a catch all phrase for many activities that a business might undertake in order to change the way that their organisation is structured, operates and performs.

We specialise in positions that focus in the Business Transformation arena with both clients in the Management Consultancy Sectors and transformation roles in-house with major blue-chip organisations.

How we recruit our HR professionals

At Bullet we realise that our clients are under pressure to show that they are getting value for money when they recruit.  So we won't recommend fixed, prescriptive methods to fulfil your recruitment requirements. We'd rather be flexible in our methods and costings to reflect the wide variety of instructions that we receive.

Here are a summary of the options we often draw upon a combination of methods to maximise your coverage of the market and solve your recruitment needs.

Search

This is most appropriate when the target population of candidates can be defined relatively narrowly. For example, because the level of seniority is sufficiently high (typically £80,000+), or the role is specialised enough (such as a 'Head of Transformation') to be able to readily identify suitable individuals.

Advertised Selection

We would recommend using advertisements to attract a broader population of individuals for consideration when the target candidate(s) could be found in a broad range of organisations and roles (such as middle management levels of role, say for HR Business Partners, £40,000 - £60,000).
We are well placed to advise about the most relevant and cost effective media to use, whether online media and innovations or offline press.

Database

One of the advantages of being a specialist recruiter is that we maintain a database of individuals who are either actively looking for a move, or who have asked us to maintain a 'weather eye' on the HR and Change Management markets so that they can be kept informed about  roles that might be of interest to them.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing

We are very experienced at working over long periods of time with clients where we partner broadly with them on recruitment matters, and are retained to manage large parts of their HR and Change Management recruitment process.

Caroline Tarpey

Caroline runs the Change Managment and OD practice at Bullet. She works with FTSE clients and Management Consulting firms to find talent in these areas. Caroline has 12 years experience in these markets.
