The Human Capital Network is a discussion forum run by LBS alumni that promotes debate on the latest issues in strategic change, organisational effectiveness and talent management. It provides an online discussion platform on Changebord.com and runs the Organisational Development Speaker Series at London Business School.

Oxana is an organisational development consultant with over 12 years experience. She is a Principal with the Organisation and People practice of Molten Group, having previously worked with several global management consultancies, including Accenture and Roland
Berger. Oxana advises companies on best practices in organisational and leadership effectiveness. Oxana is a business psychologist and holds an MBA from London Business School.
