Based on client site you will be regarded as the go to person for all contract and temporary recruitment for this prominent organisation operating in the life sciences sector.  While the account covers all hiring across a number of sites the main focus is on managing clinical hires which take up the vast bulk of recruitment needs for the organisation so ideally you will have previous experience of clinical recruiting in the sector.  The position is a great opportunity for  a talented account manager looking for their next career step onsite and you’ll work with an established colleague who has built excellent relationships internally and with agency suppliers and now requires additional support onsite. The role is focused entirely on vendor management with no direct sourcing responsibility so this role will suit an excellent process driven recruiter, someone who understands the prevailing legislation on temporary and contract recruitment and ideally has experience in the sector.  Given the location of the role in Middlesex it is also likely the successful applicant will be able to drive to work.
