Elizabeth Gardiner is Policy and Political Campaigns Officer at Working Families – the UK’s leading work-life balance campaigning charity. She co-ordinates the Working Parents Group – a coalition of voluntary sector and trade union organisations who campaign for improved parents’ rights at work, including the recent extension to the right to request flexible working. Working Families’ policy work is informed by independent research, from callers to our free legal helpline for disadvantaged parents and carers and from our employer members.
