Matthew has experience of all areas of employment law, having advised employers on a range of issues. He has experience of providing general employment law advice, drafting contractual documentation and policies and procedures and advising on TUPE and other corporate transactional issues. He has also a handled a range of employment related disputes.
Matthew has also advised employees on issues such as compromise agreements and restrictive covenants.
Matthew joined Speechly Bircham in 2005, having trained and qualified at Martineau Johnson in Birmingham. He qualified as a solicitor in 2002. Matthew obtained his law degree from the University of Wales and his Masters from Leicester University.
