Prior to founding Dynamic Transitions Ltd, I spent over 10 years as Head of HR with additional responsibility for the strategic and operational running of the business; with a number of market leaders within the Retail, Media, Security, Defence and Quasi governmental industries.
Having also spent 8 years working for a leading insurance company, I have extensive experience of the many HR and management issues within the insurance sector. I also provide expert opinion when requested and enjoy speaking events and providing articles/interviews on mavericks, talent management and leadership issues.
Often described as a CEO Mentor and leadership specialist, I lead a number of online and offline communities where I enable the members to learn how to harness their talent to improve their business performance and productivity.
