Before founding Strategi Search & Selection in September 2000, Jo had held Board positions with recruitment-solutions company TMP Hudson Global Resources, HW Group and recruitment consultancy the Daniels Bates Partnership. She has recruited at senior management and board levels across all functional areas, including Human Resources and at MD levels, nationally. Jo is passionate about employee engagement and participative work practices and has worked hard to make sure that these lie at the heart of the business.
