About Ros Kindersley
Ros Kindersley is Managing Director of JFL Search and Selection. She has extensive experience in recruitment and has worked at JFL for over 10 years. Ros joined the company when it was previously called Judy Farquharson, and when she was promoted to Associate Director in 1997 she re-branded it to become JFL.
Prior to working at JFL, Ros worked at publishing company, Quartet Books. Ros has also worked for the Arts Council, where she was involved in an initiative called ‘An Urban Renaissance.’
Ros has a degree in English from University College London and is currently completing an MA in Creative Writing at Birkbeck, London University.
