Helen Flint joined learnpurple as Head of Learning and Development in August 2005. She previously spent 4 years with Chess Partnership as Account Director recruiting middle to senior management positions within the Business & Industry, Healthcare, Facilities Management and Education contract service industry. Prior to that, she spent 2 years working as a Senior Consultant at Portfolio International. Helen worked for Catering and Allied in various management roles for 7 years. Helen has a great love for the hospitality industry. She feels very strongly about the necessity for companies to actively demonstrate their commitment to the training and development of their employees in order to grow and retain their best talent for the future. Having worked in a very client focused environment for many years, she has a very clear understanding of how to meet and exceed her clients’ needs and requirements. She is very results orientated and takes great pride in delivering the best outcome for her clients. Helen is a qualified Life Coach and delivers executive coaching to a range of clients as well as her business development role.
