Eliza advises on all aspects of employment law both contentious and non contentious. She has experience in advising on unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination claims, acting on both sides of the fence. Eliza has also worked on drafting service agreements and policy documents and has advised on redundancy procedures. Eliza joined Speechly Bircham in August 2004 from Field Seymour Parkes, where she had trained. She was admitted as a solicitor in 2000. Eliza obtained her law degree from Cardiff University.
