ER Consultants is a business consultancy specialising in organisation behaviour change. We are a close-knit, highly experienced team of 25 professionals drawn from diverse backgrounds. And we help transform organisations by aligning their strategy, structure and people. Our business was created 30 years ago with the vision of bringing a stronger organisation and people perspective to management. We bought ourselves out of Ernst & Young, having been their organisation change practice, and were employee owned, until being acquired by Serco in January 2008. We work with many FTSE100 companies and leading public sector organisations. Louise Earle is a Consultant in the Business Psychology practice. She has both HR and Psychology backgrounds, and has worked in both the public and private sectors Louise’s interests are in assessment, individual and organisational development, and entrepreneurship. Louise’s MSc thesis formed part of the development of an assessment tool for entrepreneurial potential which is now published.
