Demelza joined recruitment consultancy FreshMinds Talent in 2006 and has helped the company to attract high-calibre candidates at all of the UK's top universities. She has worked on behalf of a huge list of FTSE 100 companies and has also project managed Ones to Watch, FreshMinds' landmark annual peer-nominated survey recognising entrepreneurial achievement and potential at undergraduate level.
