Anne-Marie joined Speechly Bircham in 1999 as a trainee and was admitted as a solicitor in 2001. She obtained her degree from University College London. She advises on all aspects of employment law, including wrongful and unfair dismissals, parental rights, discrimination, working time issues and large scale redundancy exercises. She also advises on the employment of individuals from overseas, including immigration matters such as work permits. Anne-Marie has experience of claims in the Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeals Tribunal.
Anne-Marie's articles and on employment law issues have been published in a number of publications including The Times, Personnel Today, Employers Law, Recruiter, People Management and Charity Finance magazine. She has spoken at the London Business School on UK legal issues for entrepreneurs from overseas as well as lecturing internally to clients.
