Jobsite Facebook stuff

Just a quick update on the Jobsite Facebook stuff that I mentioned the other week. The Jobsite 'Find me a job' group (which is aimed at people wanting to discuss the job seeking process, talk about interview tips etc) currently has about 250 members. The Jobsite Job Match application (that matches jobs based on your profile - clever) had 33 active daily users when I looked, difficult to judge how these are going, I think from memory the 'Talk like a Pirate' group has about 47,000 members, so more pirates than job seekers then!

I still think it's a good idea though, Facebook is so big online at the moment that ignoring it seems unwise and anything you can do on it to raise awareness of your brand and get people back to your site seems sensible (provided of course that Facebook users are the type of people you're targeting).
