Diversified Search Ray & Berndtson (DSRB) has announced that
James A. Langston has joined the firm as a Managing Director of the firm’s
Financial Services search practice.
Langston has over 15 years of experience in executive search and has
served a broad array of clients and directed global Financial Services
practices. Most recently with Korn/Ferry International and a past
partner with Heidrick & Struggles, he has built high-performing
executive and middle management teams, placed individual contributors,
and directed project-based departmental build outs.
He started his career in Public Accounting and he has worked extensively
in the banking and insurance industries. He received a B.S. from Drexel
University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
