Alsbridge, the independent advisors on outsourcing, shared services
and offshoring have announced that Colin Whalen has joined
the HR, Payroll and Change Management Practice as a Senior
Manager.
Colin
has over 19 years of client facing consultancy, advisory and service
delivery experience and his most recent role was working as an HR
Delivery Leader and Management Consultant in IBM’s Business
Transformation Outsourcing (BTO) business. His experience includes:
- Transition and delivery commencement of
HR and Payroll services from IBM’s HR Centre in Budapest for Lenovo and
leadership of IBM’s BTO account of the HR Service Centre in Newcastle
providing HR and payroll services to over 43,000 Procter & Gamble
employees across the EMEA region
- HR Outsourcing and HR Transformation adviser to National Grid Colin’s
key skills lay in outsourcing service delivery leadership, programme
and project management, business change management, IT consulting,
systems development, SAP and business development.

Prior to his work in
process outsourcing, Colin was a Management Consultant with
PricewaterhouseCoopers. Given his recent experience, Colin will
primarily focus on providing HRO advisory and consulting services to
