Corporate Counseling Assoc., Inc. (CCA)
has announced team changes and additions to support CCA’s continued
growth in Performance Consulting, EAP, Work/Life and Behavioral Health Care.
New individuals include:
Jay Sandys, LCSW, SAP – Assistant Director of Clinical Services –
Sandys was promoted to reflect the growth and complexity of CCA’s
counseling department. A seasoned clinician and manager, with expertise in
personal and organizational issues, he has over 11 years of experience in the
mental health and medical fields. At CCA, Sandys consults with managers,
supervises clinical staff, and provides direct services to clients; he is also
involved with strategic initiatives, policy formulation, and quality
assurance. Prior to joining CCA, Sandys was a manager at New York Presbyterian
Hospital–Weill Cornell Medical Center, where he managed a large
professional staff, coordinated several programs, and assisted in
organizational development as a change facilitator. He has an M.S.W. from
Tulane University, and is completing his Ph.D. dissertation at New York
University, New York.
Keith Baker, MS, LMSW, CASAC, SAP – Manager, Behavioral Health Care
Services – As Manager of Behavioral Health Care, Baker is able to guide
CCA’s philosophy of "Quality Care is the Best Practice Model."
Credentialed in substance abuse treatment, he previously worked for the
Hazelden Foundation as the primary clinician in the Intensive Outpatient
Program in New York. He also worked as a utilization reviewer for a manager
care company with many educational, governmental, and publicly traded
companies as clients. Baker is a graduate of The Columbia University School of
Social Work, and completed his professional training at the New York
Presbyterian Hospital Payne Whitney Clinic’s affective disorders unit.
Lorraine Moore, MA – Consultant – Moore’s areas of
specialization include talent management, succession planning, selection
techniques, assessment centers, competency frameworks, 360 feedback systems
and organizational development. She brings diverse business experience to CCA,
including HR consulting for a variety of corporations across the U.K., France,
Spain, Italy, Germany, Eastern Europe, India and China. Her experience also
includes development and implementation of organizational culture surveys and
merger facilitation, organizational structure, employee attitude surveys,
career transition/development, outplacement, executive search and individual
coaching. She earned her M.A. in Organizational Psychology at the University
of Manchester, UK.
Cory Anne Logan, LMSW – Consultant – Logan advises Fortune 500
executives to enhance the health, wellness and safety of the workplace.
Consultations focus on employee development, behavioral health, substance
abuse, crisis response, work/family challenges and violence prevention. She
also customizes and delivers interventions in team building, conflict
resolution, diversity management, 360 feedback, organizational surveys and
executive coaching. Her work in organizational development blends a background
in social work and group dynamics with experience improving team productivity.
Before CCA, Logan served as Manager Consultant at the Employee Development
Center of Weill-Cornell Medical College and Director of Programs and
Development for National Student Partnerships (NSP), a non-profit in
Washington, DC. Logan earned her M.S. in Social Work at Columbia University.
