The Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Jack Straw MP, has
appointed Dr Simon Joseph Auerbach to be Salaried Chairman of the
Employment Tribunals (England & Wales). Dr Auerbach will be
assigned to the London Central Region with effect from 26 November
2007. Dr Auerbach is 46 and was admitted as a solicitor in 1985.
