Pharm-Olam International Ltd. (POI), a
multi-national, full service CRO to pharmaceutical and biotech
industries announces the appointment of Susan Ferran as Director of
Global Human Resources. Ms. Ferran will be responsible for POI's human
resources strategy of its 500 employees in over 24 offices worldwide,
including talent management, compensation and benefits, learning and
development, and employee communications.
Susan
Ferran, MCIPD, MIoD, has over 20 years of experience in human resources
working in various industry sectors including: oil and gas, financial
services, retail, IT, transport and manufacturing. Most recently, Ms.
Ferran served as HR Director at Burlington Resources, a subsidiary of
ConocoPhillips, were she managed employees in Europe and Africa. She is
based out of POI's European headquarters in Ascot, United Kingdom.
