 Brian Whittaker has joined Aster Group as its Group HR Director.
This is a new appointment to the Group Management Team and Brian brings
a wealth of experience and knowledge from his previous posts in the
hospitality and leisure industries.
Richard
Kitson, Group Chief Executive, welcomed the appointment and said that
“Developing our people is one of the Group’s five key objectives and we
have been placing increasing emphasis on attracting and retaining
excellent colleagues. Through initiatives such as our Management
Development Academy we have been working to continually raise our
service delivery standards and Brian’s appointment underlines our
commitment to both our colleagues and our customers.”
