Lockton, the world’s largest privately held
independent insurance broker, has expanded its services to executives,
boards and human resources leaders by adding a compensation consulting
practice to serve clients across the U.S. The compensation team provides
total rewards consulting for business, non-profit and public sector
clients designed to attract and retain top talent.
Ron Reynolds and Mary Mosqueda (pictured) will lead the five-member team as
Compensation Practice Leaders.

Mosqueda (pictured) is based in Lockton’s St. Louis
office. She has more than 15 years' experience in compensation, human
resources and work/life programs including development and design of
both public and private sector salary management systems, performance
management and incentive plans. Prior to joining Lockton Companies, she
was Compensation Practice Leader for Wachovia Employer Solutions Group.
Ms. Mosqueda also worked for the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She
has worked with a wide array of public and private organizations in St.
Louis and across the U.S.. She holds a bachelor’s
degree in Business Communication from Rockhurst University in Kansas
City, Missouri. She is active in the Alliance for Work/Life
Professionals, Employee Benefits Association of St. Louis, WorldatWork
and is a member of the WorldatWork Compensation Advisory Board.
Reynolds is the Northeast Practice Leader and will be based in Richmond,
Va.. Prior to joining Lockton Companies, he was Compensation Practice
Leader for Wachovia Employer Solutions Group. Mr. Reynolds has also
served as a Principal in charge of regional compensation and benefit
consulting with a Big Five accounting firm. He has more than 20 years of
compensation experience in the financial, consumer products,
manufacturing and consulting industries. Reynolds has published several
articles on executive and international compensation topics and
co-authored “Compensation and Benefit
Strategies for International Mergers and Acquisitions”,
a chapter in the textbook titled 2001 Guide to Compensation and
Benefits. He also serves as an expert witness on litigation cases
dealing with compensation issues. Reynolds has earned an MS degree in
industrial and organizational Psychology and a bachelor’s
degree in education and business administration from Radford University
in Virginia. He holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
designation from the WorldatWork.
Also joining Lockton’s St. Louis-based
compensation practice are three additional consultants.

Becky Redd is a senior compensation consultant. Redd has more than 10
years of experience in executive and incentive compensation. She holds
a bachelor’s degree from St. Louis
University.

Melissa To is a compensation consultant. To has worked for five years
in compensation and retirement developing salary programs, incentive
compensation and actuarial valuations. She earned her bachelor’s
degree at Maryville University of St. Louis.

Myrna Powell has joined as an associate compensation consultant.
Powell has extensive experience in conducting compensation surveys,
market pricing and executive compensation analysis. She attended
Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo.
Lockton’s compensation consulting practice
conducts salary studies, designs salary administration programs,
develops performance management initiatives, and creates productivity
incentives and sales commission plans for organizations. In addition,
the team serves boards with executive and outside director compensation
consulting as well as building work/life programs like flextime and job
sharing and total rewards programs.
