The Pepsi Bottling Group Names Sherry Nolan Vice President of Diversity and Workplace Development
The Pepsi Bottling Group (NYSE: PBG) has announced that it has named Sherry Nolan to the new role of Vice President of Diversity and Workplace Development effective immediately. In this new capacity, Ms. Nolan will report directly to John Berisford, Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

In her new position, Ms. Nolan will develop and lead the diversity strategy for PBG. Additionally, she will be responsible for employee engagement programs as well as new-hire orientation programs and staffing strategies in the field.

Most recently, Ms. Nolan served as the Senior Director of Operations Development an important role as the company continues its strong growth trajectory.

Ms. Nolan joined PBG in 2000 as a staffing manager. In 2004 she was named Human Resources Director of the Companys Pacific Northwest business unit. In addition to improving the Companys regional diversity efforts, Ms. Nolan played an integral role establishing the manufacturing joint venture, Pepsi Northwest Bottlers LLC in Washington and Oregon.

Ms. Nolan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development from the University of Connecticut in 1989.
