Constellation Brands' Chief HR Officer is promoted to Global CAO

Constellation Brands, Inc., a leading international producer and marketer of beverage alcohol, has announced that Keith Wilson, 56, has been promoted to the newly created position of chief administrative officer, effective July 26, 2007.

Wilson, who is currently Constellation's executive vice president and chief human resources officer, will be overseeing the company's global information technology, human resources and supply chain activities, in addition to having responsibility for the corporate communications and community relations group. Keith Wilson joined Constellation Brands in January 2002 as senior vice president, human resources. In September 2002 he was elected chief human resources officer and in April 2003 he was named executive vice president. Wilson manages the strategic human resource initiatives across the company, providing leadership for domestic and international programs in support of Constellation’s more than 7,500 employees. Prior to joining Constellation, Wilson served as senior vice president, Xerox Engineering Systems’ worldwide human resources and customer administration for North America and Europe from 1999 to 2001. He also held senior human resources positions with Prudential’s Banking, Real Estate and Relocation businesses from 1990 to 1999. Prior to Prudential, he held various human resources positions with Frito-Lay and Mobil Chemical Company. Wilson holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and a master's in industrial relations from West Virginia University
