CIPD Qualified, Sharon has worked in Human Resources for over 15 years. She joined NCP in 2002 as Regional Human Resources Manager and has played an integral part in the development and delivery of the company's HR strategy.

NCP provides a range of services including car park management, airport parking, and consultancy for the design, build and maintenance of car parks.
