Carol worked with CHPD on a consultancy basis for a year before making the decision to join the management team.  When asked about the move Carol said: “I have worked with many companies and the attraction with CHPD was, without doubt, the people.  Julia Payne (CEO) and the other members of the senior management team are the sort of people I want to work with and that is of paramount importance to me in my role.  And apart from that I know I can have fun as we grow the company!”

Carol lives in Romsey on the south coast and she uses her skills of the workplace in her role as governor at a Hampshire-based boarding school. She is also active in the local community and has recently completed a five-year period as a parish councillor.
