    Who we are
    HR Circles is wholly owned by Changeboard Ltd – the specialist human resources job board (www.changeboard.com) – which was established in 2004 and operates as an independent, privately owned business.
     
    What we’re about
    HR Circles is a specialist human resources online business which is focused upon helping HR professionals share knowledge and ideas in the HR space.
     
    Because our business is about knowledge, and the medium that we operate across is the internet, our aspiration is to be borderless and truly international.
     
    We believe that any online business that facilitates knowledge-sharing and social networking has a duty of care to act responsibly. HR Circles is committed to best practice in business, social and behavioural terms.
     
    As such we’re proud to partner with and promote two charities which provide invaluable information relating to the internet and the workplace – Childnet International and The Employers Forum on Age.
