How does this work?
All content is user-generated by Changeboard members. We moderate this to maintain standards of editorial excellence. As you browse resources you can 'favourite' an article, case study, etc and it will automatically be saved for your future reference in 'My saved resources' in you’re my Changeboard account.

How can I add/submit content to Changeboard?
We describe content on our site such as articles, case studies and how to guides as 'Resources'.
Changeboard's 'Resources' are user-generated, empowering you to share your insights and demonstrate your knowledge and expertise. Adding content is a free and effective way to raise your employer brand and corporate/organisation profile.
It's easy to upload content. We’ve designed templates that will display your content in web-friendly, search engine optimised formats.
You can find the templates in the 'Add content' tab of both the individual and organisation My Changeboard accounts when you are logged in as a user.

What is the 'Share' icon for?
The 'share' dandelion icon appears on every Resource just above the 'Post a comment' section, and allows you to bookmark content that you like or would recommend on the Internet via bookmarking sites like Digg, Delicious or Technorati, to name but a few.

How does the rating system work?
When you are registered and logged in you can rate any Resource on the site by simply hovering over the number of stars (1-5) that you would give to the Resource, clicking on the relevant star, and your vote will be acknowledged and counted. The rating displayed is then the average rating that it has received.
